PURPOSE: A carbon-ceramic brake disk and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the erosion of silicon to pan-based carbon fiber through removing the crack on a coating film and the gap between a pan carbon fiber and a coating film. CONSTITUTION: A carbon-ceramic brake disk and manufacturing method thereof is as follows. Oxi-pan fiber is coated by phenol resin(S11). The coated oxi-pan fiber and phenol resin are mixed into a mixture(S12). The mixture is inserted a mold and pressed into a molded product(S13). The molded product is carbonized(S14). The carbonized molded product is worked mechanically(S15). Melted silicon is permeated into the worked molded product(S16). The worked molded product is polished(S17). |
