<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell inspection device in which next operation inspection can be made promptly even immediately after completion of the operation inspection, and the operation inspection device is not fully occupied for cooling. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell inspection device 35 is provided with an operation inspection line 67 which performs operation inspection of a fuel cell device A that generates power by an electrochemical reaction of a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas and a cooling line 68 for performing cooling of the fuel cell device A. An exhaust heat circulation line 43 which circulates warm water of the fuel cell device A in the fuel cell inspection device 35 is provided in the fuel cell inspection device 35, and a first three-way valve 49 which can switch over the inspection line 67 and the cooling line 68 is installed in the exhaust heat circulation line 43. Thereby, the time in which the fuel cell device A occupies the inspection line 67 of the fuel cell inspection device 35 for cooling after inspection can be shortened.
