A LIVESTOCK MANURE TREATMENT SYSTEM USING CONSTRUCTED WETLANDS WITH RESOURCE CYCLING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A resource circulation type constructed wetland livestock excretion processing system is provided to enhance processing efficiency for highly polluted livestock excretion by purifying highly polluted livestock in two steps through water processing which uses a pre-processing and constructed wetland. CONSTITUTION: A resource circulation type constructed wetland livestock excretion processing system comprises a waterspout (1), a solid-liquid separation tank (2), filtration tank using aquatic plants (5), a bioreactor (10), a water treatment unit, and a composting tank(40). The waterspout stores livestock excretion in which solid and liquid are mixed. The solid-liquid separation tank separates the livestock excretion into an animal manure solid material and livestock wastewater. The filtration tank using aquatic plants purifies the livestock wastewater. The bioreactor purifies livestock wastewater which passes through the filtration tank. A water processing unit comprises an aerobic tank (20) and an anaerobic tank (30). The water processing unit successively purifies livestock wastewater passed through the bioreactor in aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The filter media are respectively laminated inside the aerobic and anaerobic tanks and the aquatic plants are vegetated. The composting tank produces agricultural compost by using the solid animal manure and byproduct generated in the filtration tank using aquatic plants and bioreactor.
