PURPOSE: A bubble generating apparatus is provided to remove foreign substances caught in a bubble generation plate or rotary disks, thereby maintaining a fixed generation amount of bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A bubble generation apparatus comprises: a rotary reception block (110) formed with a main stream passage in which fluid is sent; multiple rotary disks (120) laminated independently each other on the main stream passage, forming a narrower stream passage than the main stream passage; a rotary shaft inserted and fixed in the center of the rotary disks, provided to the rotary center of the rotary disks; a bubble generation plate (140) positioned between the adjacent rotary disks, formed with a space where the rotary shaft is placed; and a driver (150) rotating the rotary shaft making the rotary disks rotate relatively to the bubble generation plate.
