PURPOSE: A side emitting type LED lens is provided to uniformly diffuse light by distributing the light to the tangential component of a lens. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plane includes a light entry surface. An upper surface (30) reflects light coming from the light entry surface. A lateral surface (40) emits light reflected from the upper surface. A refraction part (200) refracts light emitted from the lateral surface to a tangential component. The lateral surface includes an upper light exit surface and a lower light exit surface.
