<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a golf club head using a lost wax process, capable of easily and highly accurately correcting a head thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the golf club head includes the wax molding step of obtaining a wax molded body using a die 2 having a die body 3 and a core 8 disposed inside the die body 3, and a step of casting a metal molded body by the lost wax step using the wax molded body. The wax molding step includes a step of injecting wax to the closed die 2, and a core take-out step of taking out the core 8 from the inside of the injected wax. The core 8 has a recessed part 100 for adjustment provided on the surface. In the manufacturing method, the thickness Tw of the wax molded body is adjusted on the basis of an adjusting member 102 which can be disposed in the recessed part 100 for adjustment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
