Wound treatment assembly and covering device for same

The arrangement has a covering unit i.e. reciprocally open film tube, fixed on skin that surrounds a wound. The covering unit produces a closed wound space that comprises the wound. A suction connection (10) produces a vacuum in the wound space, and the covering unit is partially permeable to water vapor. The covering unit comprises a transparent covering film, where a thickness of the covering lies within a range of 1-100 micrometer. Adherent attaching units are attached to the covering unit for adherent fastening of the covering unit at the skin surrounding the wound.
