PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanofiber composite separator is provided to use a polyamide nanofiber and a separator substrate and to provide a nanofiber composite separator with excellent physicochemical performance, tensile strength, elongation, and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanofiber composite separator includes a step of forming a nanofiber web by spraying a spinning solution including polyamide or cellulose acetate on at least one side of a polyimide substrate; a step of forming a primary coating layer including polyvinylalcohol and a surfactant onto the surface of the polyamide substrate with the nanofiber web; and a step of forming a secondary coating layer including an acryl binder, an absorbing rate improver, and a curing agent onto the surface of the polyamide substrate with the primary coating layer.
