<p>Hand-held hair drying apparatus is described consisting of two or more (preferably three) dryer modules (1, 2, 3) hinged together. Each dryer module consists of a relatively flat unit, and heating means are located within at least one of the units. Means are provided for blowing air past the heating means and causing it to emerge from one side of each of the flat units as a stream of hot air extending across the face of the unit. The modules (1, 2, 3) can be folded together to a compact unit. The blowing means are located in a handle portion (6) which may be detachable from the central one (1 ) of three dryer modules.</p> |
