摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an electro-conductive paste for forming an electrode of a solar cell device. The paste is sintered at a sintering temperature in a range of 750 to 900°C and contains an electro-conductive particle, an organic binder, a solvent, a glass frit, and an organic compound including alkaline earth metal, the organic compound functioning as a sintering controlling agent, wherein the electro-conductive particle has an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 15 µm and a specific surface area of 0.05 to 5 m 2 /g; a solar cell device comprising a surface electrode formed by printing and sintering said electro-conductive paste on the antireflection layer; and a method for producing said solar cell device.</p>
