PURPOSE: A sheath heater connector tube is provided to maximize waterproofing and insulating effect by completely sealing a gap between a current carrying unit and a current insulating unit with the injection of silicone. CONSTITUTION: Both end of a pipe shaped body (2) are penetrated. A horizontal hole (3) is formed on the end of one side of the body. A cold pin (13) and one side of a sheath heater tube (8) of a sheath heater (7) are inserted into the horizontal hole. A silicone injection hole (4) is formed on the end of the other side of the body. A vertical pipe (5) is integrally formed on one side of the bottom surface of the body and is penetrated in a lower direction. The upper part of a lead wire assembly (10) connected to a temperature fuse (16) is inserted into the body through the vertical pipe and is connected to the end of the cold pin at right angle. |
