POST-CURE TYPE POLYUREA COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR WATERPROOF AND ANTICORROSION OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A postcuring type polyurea paint composition is provided to delay curing time through heat resistance, water resistance and reaction time delay by using polyester based polyol having 4000 or more molecules, polyether based polyol, and polyaliphatic based ester. CONSTITUTION: A postcuring type polyurea paint composition comprises a base material and a curing agent, and the base material and the curing agent are reacted in 1:1 volume ratio. The base material comprises 10.5-25.7 wt% of polyester based polyol having 4000 or more molecules, 10.2-25.6 wt% of polyester based polyol, 2.5-3.3 wt% of 1,4-BG (butanediol), 0.5-1.8 wt% of trimethylporpanol, 8.4-25.5 wt% of aromatic based isocyanate, 8.5-25.5 wt% of alicyclic based isocyanate or aliphatic based isocyanate, 2-5 wt% of high-boiling point viscosity reducer, 0.3-0.9 wt% of thermal stabilizer, 0.3-0.9 wt% of UV stabilizer, 0.5-2.2 wt% of dispersing stabilizer and 0.3-0.9 wt% of antifoaming agent. The curing agent comprises 20-30 wt% of long molecular chain of aliphatic group tri-polyetheramine group, 20-40 wt% of di-polyetheramine group, 20-40 wt% of polyoxypropylene amine group, 5-10 wt% of plasticizer, 0.3-5 wt% of antifoaming agent and 1-4 wt% of pigment.
