<p>PURPOSE: A silicon rubber composition is provided to improve storage performance and workability while obtaining excellent adhesion, thereby being used for a semiconductor field, various electric and electronic materials, and display fields. CONSTITUTION: A silicon rubber composition includes a silicon rubber component including both a terminal-blocked silicon polymer and a single terminal-blocked silicon polymer; a silica component for filing; a curing agent component including a silicon polymer having hydrogen at the side chain and a silicon polymer having hydrogen at the side chain and the terminal; a curing retarding agent including an organic compound having a triple bond at the terminal and an organic compound having a double bond at the terminal; a tackiness agent which is a mixture of three or more selected from an epoxy-based organic compound, an acrylic organic compound, a vinyl-based organic compound, and an amine-based organic compound; and a curing catalyst.</p> |
