摘要 |
PURPOSE: A low power bioimplant asynchronous phase shift keying demodulation circuit using digital glitch elimination circuit is provided to be suitable for implementing a system-on-chip in a low electric power converting manner that is used in a mobile communication device. CONSTITUTION: A high pass filter (110) separates an upper band signal from a differential signal. A comparing unit (114) converts the separated upper band differential signal into a digital signal. The sending unit (120) senses the phase difference by delaying the upper band digital signal by the reference delay time. A clock generation unit (160) generates a data clock synchronizing data by using a counter (161). |
