<p>The module (1) has a sanitary device (2) i.e. toilet, and an adjustment device (32) for adjusting the module between a position outside a functional region (10) and a position within the functional region. The adjustment device is designed for translatory and/or rotary adjustment of the module. The adjustment device has a pivot with an axis of rotation for the rotary adjustment. The adjustment device is actuatable manually and/or by a driving device. The adjustment device has an energy storing element that is controllably formed, and a lifting mechanism for partial adjustment of the module.
