The arrangement (10) has a star-shaped submersible working platform (20) placed onto a bed of a body of water. Ground contact elements (22) are arranged on the working platform for aligning the working platform on the bed of the body of water in an adjustable manner. A cylindrical guide pipe (30) is arranged on the working platform to receive and guide a drilling tool (40) driven by a drill drive. The guide pipe is supported on the working platform in a displaceable and rotatable manner. A guide pipe drive (60) drives the guide pipe on the working platform in a rotating manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for introducing a foundation element into a bed of a body of water with an underwater drilling arrangement.
