PURPOSE: A territory threat evaluation and attack system based on territory defense is provided to protect not only an own ship but also the troops thereof which lack defense capabilities, by setting defense priorities against a threat based on a certain territory from the own ship. CONSTITUTION: A territory threat evaluation and attack system based on territory defense comprises a threatening element identifying part(100), a threat level determining part(200), a first threat approach determining part(300), an attack deciding part(400), a second threat approach determining part(500), a defense possibility determining part(700), and an avoidance determining part(800). The threatening element identifying part identifies at least one threatening element among detected potential threatening elements based on the registered information of the troops thereof. The threat level determining part determines a level of the threat of the threatening element as a degree of threat to the troops. The first threat approach determining part determines whether or not the threatening element according to the threat level is approaching within a first radius, which is previously set, from the own ship. The attack deciding part orders an attack again the threatening element when the threatening element approaches within the first radius. When the threatening element approaches within a second radius, which is previously set, the defense possibility determining part determines whether or not the threatening element is located within the distance where defense is possible from the own ship. When the defense from the own ship is not possible in the distance, the avoidance determining part recommends an avoidance path to the own ship and the troops, and decides to move.
