PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a thin plate by semi-solid-forming and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to have a bare chance of pore generation on the thin plate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for semi-solid-forming a thin plate includes an electric furnace(10), an electronic stirrer(20), and a die-casting device(40). The electric furnace is equipped with a crucible(12) which melts an object provided for thin plate forming. The electronic stirrer structurally controls a molten semi-solid object by electronically stirring the molten semi-solid object which is transferred by a robot arm(30) from the crucible. The die-casting device is equipped with a sleeve(42) which die-casts the semi-solid object, which is input to the die-casing device after being structurally controlled by the electronic stirrer, into a thin plate with a thickness of 2mm or less. |
