PURPOSE: An acryl group-introduced esterquat is provided to improve absorption rate and durability while maintaining the softening effect of a quaternary ammonium fabric softening agent. CONSTITUTION: An acryl group-introduced esterquat is represented by chemical formulas 1-3. In chemical formula 1, R1 is a C6-22 linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group; each of R2 and R3 is hydrogen, R1CO, or an acyl group; R4 is a CH2CHOHCH2Cl group; each of m, n, and p is an integer from 0-12; q is an integer from 1-12; and X is a halide, alkyl sulfate, or alkyl phosphate. In chemical formula 2, R2 is an acryl group; and each of R4 and R5 is a C1-4 alkyl group or CH2CHOHCH2Cl. In chemical formula 3, each of R4, R6, and R7 is a C1-4 alkyl group or CH2CHOHCH2Cl.
