PURPOSE: An automatic hand device for coupling a piece is provided to connect a piece without damage to the surface and to be rapidly adjusted to the diameter of the piece or the state of a piece mounting unit by shortening connection time of the piece. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hand device for coupling a piece comprises a casing(500) and a variable member(600). The variable member is elastically connected by interposing a first spring to a driving unit(530) in which a driver bit protrudes. A second spring is supported in the casing to enlarge or reduce the diameter of an adhesion groove formed in a stopper when two or more jaws(540) are connected through a hinge. A position determination boss(560) is connected to the front side of the casing to prevent contact with the surface when the jaws rotate. |
