The invention relates to a sealing strip assembly comprising a first component (2 figure 1) having a first engagement portion (4 figure 1) and a first wall (16 figure 1); and a second component (28 figure 2) having a second engagement portion (30 figure 3) and a second wall (38 figure 2). The first and second engagement portions (2, 28 figure 2) are engageable with each other, such that the first and second walls (4,16 figure 1) form opposed sidewalls of a channel 54, preferably with parallel sides at the bottom of the channel 54. The first and second engagement portions (4, 28 figure 2) may be engageable at two or more relative positions, each position corresponding to a different spacing of the parallel sidewalls of the channel 54. The sealing strip assembly can be used to provide a seal to the edge of shower door panels of different thicknesses.
