摘要 PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam composition for a cryogenic pre-insulated pipe using a recyclable castor oil-based biopolyol is provided to have excellent insulating performance and mechanical properties at room temperature and ultralow temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam is formed by conducting a reaction of a polyol component and an isocyanate component under the presence of a foaming agent, a reaction catalyst, and other additives and adding a fibrous reinforcing agent into the solution. The polyol component consists of 30-50 wt% of polyol obtained by adding propylene oxide into a mixture of sucrose and glycerine; 15-40 wt% of polyol obtained by adding propylene oxide and ethylene oxide into pentaerythritol; 10-40 wt% of polyol obtained by adding ethylene oxide and propylene oxide into castor oil; and 10-30 wt% of polyol obtained by a reaction of diethylene glycol and a mixture of phthalic anhydride and terephthalic acid.
