The invention relates to electric engineering. An adaptive control device for adaptive control of arc electrical mode comprises an arc current sensor and arc voltage sensor connected in regulation circuit of every phase, which are connected to a control signal shaping unit which is connected to an of the corresponding phase, an arc current controller which is connected through an inductive resistance control unit to a choke connected to a power circuit of the primary winding of said phase of the furnace transformer. The arc current controller is connected to an arc current setting device and an arc current sensor. A setting device for furnace transformer voltage degree is connected to a furnace transformer voltage degree switching device. According to the invention the following units are introduced to the regulation circuit for each phase: first and second fuzzy controllers, a temperature sensor, a heating rate coefficient sensor and an arc power dispersion sensor. The first fuzzy controller is connected to the arc current setting device, the temperature sensor and the heating rate ratio sensor. The second fuzzy controller is connected to a control signal shaping init, the heating rate coefficient sensor and the arc power dispersion sensor. The heating rate ratio sensor is connected to the first fuzzy regulator, the second fuzzy regulator and arc current setting device. The device provides increase of accuracy and quality of control that increase of efficiency of melting and output rate of arc steel furnace. |
