A method for making caramel with decorated filling includes making a caramel syrup. Then boiling down thereof up to obtaining caramel mass and separating the caramel mass into parts are carried out. After that kneading of the obtained parts of caramel mass and forming braids of parts of the caramel mass, stretching thereof are carried out. The parts of caramel mass are combined forming a multiple layer of caramel mass, a baton is formed of the layer, it is stretched into a braid. In doing so the parts of the caramel mass after separating are coloured using food colourants, and the coloured parts of the caramel mass are combined in such a manner that forming a decorative picture in a cross-section of the baton formed of parts of the caramel mass is provided. Forming the caramel, cooling and packing thereof are carried out. |
