A technique for endoprosthesis breast replacement comprises the subcutaneous removal of the breast, the axillary lymph nodes with adjacent fat and blood vessels, one-step submuscular endoprosthesis replacement with silicone prosthesis or expander, and the closure of the lower pole of the prosthesis with acellular autodermal matrix separated intraoperatively from the part of the skin taken from the removed breast. |
