FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to portal devices. Proposed portal device 10 comprises two side bipods 11 each including two long struts 12 and connector 13 with their top ends secured to said connector 13. Also it has four extension members 14 each being located at bottom end of every strut 12. Besides it includes crossbar 15 extending between both side bipods 11 every end of which being secured at appropriate connector 13.
