PURPOSE: A health management system detecting a bio signal by using an AUX terminal is provided to measure a pulse wave and electrocardiogram by carrying a miniaturized bio signal detecting unit as an accessory of a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A bio signal detecting unit (100) receives a bio signal of electrocardiography (ECG) or photo-plethysmography (PPG) and amplifies and filters bio signal data. The bio signal detecting unit includes a first AUX interface for directly providing the bio signal to a smart phone (200) and a second AUX interface for providing a revised bio signal to the smart phone. The smart phone measures ECG, a pulse wave, and blood flow based on the bio signal data. An external data management unit (300) determines and provides a health state through the bio signal data.
