PURPOSE: A member for repairing pipes and a repairing method are provided to improve the water-tightness by providing the sealed structure as a filler is added to the primer in liquid polyester resin and to prevent the member from separating caused by thermal deformation after the construction by the heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: A member (100) for repairing pipes comprises an adhesive sheet (110), a primer (120), and a reinforcing sheet (130). The adhesive sheet comes in contact with the inner circumference of the pipe in which defects are generated. The primer is coated in the adhesive sheet and a hardener (122) and a filler (123) are added to liquid polyester resin. The adhesive sheet is made of glass fiber soaked in the primer. The mineral powder and ceramics nanopowder are included as the filler. The mineral powder is tricholoma matsutake powder or basalt powder and the ceramics nanopowder is magnesium silicate or kaolin.
