PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial turf structure is provided to increase the pulling amount thereof by 35 % or greater due to a low viscosity by forming a filling layer for artificial turf from a foam filler, thereby providing an artificial turf structure with flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial turf structure has a foam filling layer (150) which consists of a plurality of foam filler chips (Pf) to be sprayed on the upper side of an artificial turf layer. The foam filler chip (Pf) is formed by forming a foam filler chip composition mixture by mixing a raw material for a foam filler chip composition with a foaming material by a screw method; a step of inputting the foaming type filling composition mixture into a mixer and melting the foaming type filling composition mixture at 120-250 °C; and cutting the melted material to a particle size of 1.4-3.35 mm.
