The invention relates to agricultural production and processing industry of agricultural sector and can be used for separation of grain and seed according to the density. A pneumatic vibrating centrifuge comprises a vertical rotor with a section of separating surfaces pivotally mounted thereon, a fan, devices for supply and uniform distribution of seed mixture on the separating surfaces and withdrawal from the pneumatic vibrating centrifuge of selected fractions and adjusting the amount of air flow impact on the seed layer of the mixture, rotor drives, a housing and a frame, while the sections of separating surfaces are mounted on the rotor by means of suspensions in such a manner that the axes of suspensions are parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor and are displaced from it for a certain distance, generatrices of sections of separating surfaces are located at different distances both from the axis of rotation of the rotor and the axes of suspensions of sections of separating surfaces on the rotor, wherein when the distances from the suspension axis to the generatrices of the surface of separating section increase, the distances from the rotor axis towards the appropriate generatrices of the surface of this section decrease. To give the sections of separating surfaces the angular oscillations the individual crank mechanisms are used which are driven by a shaft that simultaneously drives the vertical rotor. Use of the invention improves the efficiency of pneumatic vibrating centrifuge by placing on the rotor of sections of separating surfaces in such a way that while ensuring the optimal kinematics of motion of surfaces of separating sections the most efficient particle redistribution of a layer of seed mixture according to the density is achieved with simultaneous displacement of fractions along trajectories, which provide their the most accurate distribution along unloading edges of the surfaces. |
