A method of fixing endoprosthesis to the diaphysis of a long bone, based on the osteotomy of more proximal or distal site to the injury, treatment of the medullary canal, introduced into said intramedullary canal stem prosthesis and the subsequent installment coaxially to said shank of perforated rolled up sleeves with the possibility of tight embracing of its bone outer surface. Additionally autografts are taken from donor areas with cancellous bone tissue, which is made from small pieces of 5- size, filled into the folded sleeve openings and superposed the fabric sleeve on the outer surface around its perimeter with further sealing with it of said sleeve. |
