FIELD: sport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical education and sport, and is intended for training of technical and motor actions in game sports. Above the playing field at a given height a light source and an infrared camera are mounted. The light source generates on the playing field the athlete route, with a given number of control points. On the route from one control point to another the athlete is set the technical actions to perform. The direction and/or the specified type of movement that is specific for the given kind of sport are changed after the performance of technical action and/or in the specified control points. In the process of movement and performance of technical actions the heart rate is measured in the athlete and its value is transmitted to the computer. The athlete movements are recorded by a video camera, the video-image is transmitted to the computer. The computer feeds the incoming information into the memory, records the time moments when the athlete reaches the control point and/or leaves it, calculates the time of movement of the athlete from one control point to another and speed of movement in a given direction with a given type of movement, the results of the movement of the athlete along the route and its individual parts are fed into the memory. To control the quality of technical actions of the athlete and to evaluate the intensity and the speed of the motor actions the computer displays all the data of the athlete.EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining the technical and motor actions in game sports due to improving the quality control of technical actions, evaluation of intensity and speed of motor actions performed on the playing field. |
