FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of shaped preforms and parts from fibrous composite polymers. Proposed method comprises steps that follow: proportioning of multilayer stock to extruder, bending the section of stock cross-section structure by forcing it through extruding die and forming stock cross-section in extruder. Note here that stock structure is heated in extruder and pressure is applied thereto to harden pitch material, to compact cross-section parts, to cut lengthwise section from stock structure and to extract said section as a preform. Note here that stock multilayer structure represents a combination of stock layer webs of reinforcing fibres incorporating pitch binder for binding of layers and pitch film.EFFECT: efficient production of preforms and high-quality parts.28 cl, 12 dwg |
