A vertical broaching press for producing hollow cylindrical billets comprises a base frame with a bed secured thereon, on which vertical guiding columns are mounted and rigidly connected to a fixed traverse, a mechanism for displacement of a movable traverse along the guiding columns secured on the fixed traverse, a centering mechanism of billet relative to the press axis and a drive for movement of a piercing punch with a head, a drive for punch rotation with a worm pair. A working part of a reeling head consists of two parts. The mechanism for centering the billet along the axis of piercing is composed of two pairs of movable jaws and hydraulic cylinders of their driving.
