<p>Provided herein are methods, compositions, and kits for preventing, inhibiting, reducing the severity of, or treating a disease or condition. A pharmaceutical composition provided herein can comprise a nucleic acid sequence encoding an antigen fused to an immune cell product, e.g., MIP-3alpha, and an adjuvant. The antigen can be from a bacteria, virus, fungus, parasite, or cancer. The antigen can be an Alzheimer's disease antigen.</p> |
