The disclosed production line of compacted materials in a metal shell comprises frequency converters with a programmable controller and successively arranged along the processing line of drawing: an uncoiler, a compensator, a butt welder, guide rollers, stands of a shaping mill, at least one dispensing device, a winding device and a device for laying a wire. Between the uncoiler and compensator a detector of tape defects is located, whose output is connected to the input of programmable controller. The structure of each of the frequency converters of the drive stands of shaping mill comprises a matching module of drawing moment. The structure of the frequency converter of the winding device comprises a speed and drawing moment matching module, and the frequency converter of the device for laying wire – a module of synchronization with the winding device. |
