PURPOSE: A metal member injection molding device with an inner structure of a honeycomb shape, a method therefor, and a metal member thereby are provided to reduce the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost by manufacturing the metal member once with a molding process. CONSTITUTION: A metal member injection molding device comprises an inner structure mold(200), an upper core, and a lower corner. The inner structure mold comprises a plurality of mold shaped units(210) comprising a honeycomb shape by being separately arranged side by side and a connection unit(220) connecting between adjacent mold shaped units to each other. The upper core includes an upper plate molding unit corresponding to an upper plate shape of the metal member. The lower core corresponds to the upper core and includes a lower core molding unit corresponding to a lower plate shape of the metal member. A fixing unit, fixated in the inner structure mold between the upper plate molding unit and the lower plate molding unit, is formed on the upper core or the lower core. The breadth of the inner structure molding frame is formed longer than the breath of the upper plate molding unit and the lower plate molding unit. The fixing unit is formed in different levels on the upper plate molding unit or the lower plate molding unit corresponding to the breath of the inner structure molding frame. |
