PURPOSE: A dual structure manufacturing equipment and a method thereof are provided to improve EMI shielding effect, waterproofing, and dustproof properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a dual structure manufacturing equipment comprises the following steps: mixing additive to at least one of a conductive silicon carbon(114) and a silicon polymer(116) in order to make setting points same; extruding the conductive silicon carbon; and molding a dual structure by welding a firstly extruded conductive silicone carbon and the silicon polymer using a dual extrusion head(110). The dual structure is solidified by using a vulcanizer(118). |
