PURPOSE: A novel synthetic peptide in which gene transfer efficiency is improved and a gene transfer method using the same are provided to enhance gene delivery ability to cells or inside the organs, thereby being used for a gene transfer. CONSTITUTION: A novel synthetic peptide in which gene transfer efficiency is improved includes comprises the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1) or 2 originated from Tat or NLS (nuclear localization sequence) of HIV(human immunodeficiency virus). The gene transmission peptide is represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2 (Ya-Xb-Cys-Cys-Xc-Yd). In the chemical formula 1 and 2, X indicates amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1 and Y indicates the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 2. The gene transfer peptide is expressed as the amino acid sequence selected from the sequence number 3-10. In the gene transfer complex, genes to be transferred to the peptide are combined. The gene is DNA or RNA. The composite additionally includes cation liposome. |
