PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pregabalin is provided to manufacture pure pregabalin with high stereoselctivity and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pregabalin comprises: a step of obtaining a compound indicated in chemical formula 4 by reacting a compound indicated in chemical formula 3 with Candida antarctica lipase B or porcine liver esterase; a step of obtaining a compound indicated in chemical formula 5 by reacting the compound indicated in chemical formula 4 with magnesium nitride(Mg3N2); and a step of obtaining a compound indicated in chemical formula 1 through an amination of an amide moiety of the compound indicated in chemical formula 5. |
