An integrated antenna-self-oscillator relates to radio engineering and can be used in automatics/warning devices comprising s and vehicle speed control systems, for self-maintained measurement. The integrated antenna-self-oscillator comprising a dielectric substrate, on one side of which a metallic screen is positioned, on the other side – a first microstrip radiator, which is connected to transistor’s collector via a first length of the microstrip line, oscillating system reactive elements based on lengths of microstrip lines are connected to base and emitter of transistor, decoupling filters in power-supply circuits base and emitter of transistor and first short-circuiter, which joints the center of the first microstrip radiator and the screen through a hole in the substrate in a manner which makes it possible to close a circuit for passing constant component of transistor collector current. Moreover, second microstrip radiator, an SHF electronic switch based on two p-i-n diodes, a second length of the microstrip line for supplying control signal to the SHF electronic switch based on two p-i-n diodes and second short-circuiter are incorporated. The technical result is minimization of possible impact of movable and static objects located close to side and back of a radio-wave sensor based on the integrated antenna-self-oscillator. |
