<p>PURPOSE: A construction method of a greening retaining wall for poor ground using grown turf for all seasons is provided to construct facilities without increase of construction costs by constructing the facilities on the poor ground in the same condition as a mounding unit without basic treatment facilities. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a greening retaining wall for poor ground using grown turf for all seasons comprises as follows. A foundation ground is arranged (S100), and an installation panel is stood up on the arranged ground (S110). A plurality of installation panels which is adjacent to each other is arranged side by side by an arrangement rod (S120). A fixing net is installed so that at least a part of the fixing net is located on the rear surface of the installation panel (S130), and turf is mounted on the rear surface of the installation panel (S140). A moisture protecting mat is installed on the rear of the turf for four seasons (S150), and a reinforcing material is installed on the rear of the turf (S160). A mounding unit is formed by filling in and compacting the reinforcing material on the rear of the turf and the installation panel. One end of the fixing net is fixed by being moved to the upper part of the mounding unit which is filled in (180), and the installation panel is removed (190).
