PURPOSE: A pressure roller for a pellet molding apparatus is provided to improve user's convenience and to reduce the replacement cost and the maintenance cost as a presser portion of the pressure roller where actual abrasion occurs in pellet molding is separated and replaced with a new one without separating a roller axis. CONSTITUTION: A pressure roller for a pellet molding apparatus comprises a main shaft(25), a roller axis(30) rotating with a rotary power of the main shaft, a forming die(40) equipped with multiple molding extrusion holes(42) and a pressure roller(50). The pressure rollers are installed on each end of the roller axis so that the outer periphery of the pressure roller contacts with the upper side of the forming die and rotates. The pressure roller is separately composed of a fixing unit(54) fixed to the roller axis and a presser portion(52). The presser portion is attachable/detachable to a joint formed in the outer periphery of the fixing unit. The presser portion contacts with the upper side of the forming die on the outer periphery, and extrudes molding materials through the molding extrusion holes. |
