FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making one or more layers of coating on long flexible elements, for example cables, by extrusion. Proposed device comprises set of nozzles with coaxial nozzles 1, 2, 3, 4 and guide 5 in diameter equal to that of long element 6 extending through draw ring case 4. Said guide 5 represents a separate part to be fitted to position whereat it is located inside two inner nozzles, that is, second mid extrusion head 3 and draw ring case 4, to make first fused mass feed channel 7. Said guide 5 shapes taper space 52 between long element 6 and guide element 5 communicated with aforesaid first channel 7 to extrude fused material onto long element 6.EFFECT: good bond between coating and long element, reliable operation and simple replacement of nozzles.13 cl, 2 dwg |
