The invention relates to load grippers on permanent magnets and can be used for transporting large-diameter pipes. The essence of the invention is to improve an automatic magnetic gripper by changing the shape of main and additional bodies, geometry of a lower surface of magnetic system and integration of permanent magnets into individual blocks, which will enhance the magnetic field and will allow to transport the large-diameter pipes. The problem is solved by that in the magnetic automatic gripper comprising a slider with a locking mechanism, which is hung on a crane hook and is mounted for vertical movement in a base, which is attached to the main body, and a detachment mechanism comprising release levers and control rods located on opposite sides of the slider and hingedly connected to the upper part of the main body, which by one end are pivotally attached to the larger lever arms, whose smaller arms are provided with release elements, and the other ends of rods are pivotally connected to the crossbar ends rigidly attached to the slider, an additional body and permanent magnets, the main and additional bodies are made in the form of a part of the tube of large diameter, wherein the additional body is attached to the main body from below with possibility of replacement by another one, and the permanent magnets are grouped into separate blocks and secured to the lower surface of the additional body in parallel rows, wherein adjacent blocks in adjacent rows and blocks in adjacent rows are of opposite polarity and the release elements are T-shaped. Furthermore, in the automatic magnetic gripper the additional body may be made of at least three parts, which are hinged together, the middle one of which is attached to the main body, and other parts are connected to the middle part so as to freely change the position and fixing. |
