METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIXED CONNECTION OF SHAFT-HUB TYPE OF STEEL PARTS (EMBODIMENTS)

The invention relates to mechanical engineering. A method for manufacturing a fixed connection of shaft-hub type of steel parts includes forming a coating by electroerosive alloying on surfaces of the parts being connected, followed by their assembly. On the inner surface of the hub in the areas adjacent to its ends an annular diffuse layer is formed by electroerosive alloying. A wheel seat is subject to cementation by electroerosive alloying, after which the cemented layer is coated by electroerosive alloying with a layer of soft anti-friction material. The technical result is the increase of the fatigue strength of shafts of press-fit connections, savings of the metal at manufacture of shafts with an enlarged diameter.
