A device for connection and following disconnection of elements of constructions comprises an explosive pyro-bolt with electric igniter, and profiled ring. At that the nut of the pyro-bolt directly goes to stepped cylindrical opening of one of two connected elements of construction, the cylindrical section of the bolt goes through profiled ring, and the head rests on shaped insert through which the second connected element of construction goes. At that the profiled ring made of high-strength and plastic steel is installed to the other connecting element of the construction through elastic glue layer, besides that to the element of the construction that interacts with the nut, normally to the long axis of the pyro-bolt, a stopper is installed, and to the element of construction that interacts with the head of the bolt at angle to the long axis of the pyro-bolt baffler is installed.
