PURPOSE: A big data service providing method for drivers by using a cloud service and a system according to the same are provided to supply a big data service based on parking lot management data including parking record information to the drivers by using a cloud service in a mobile environment. CONSTITUTION: A service server of a big data service system receives and stores big data by condition based on parking record information and parking lot management data including the parking record information from a plurality of parking lot management systems (202). When a data service request message is received from a driver terminal, the service server detects the parking record information according to vehicle identification information included in the message (210). The service server reads big data of a condition satisfied by the parking record information from a database of the big data service system in order to provide the big data to the driver terminal (212).
