Fibres and textile sheet, treated with preparations of (a) micro-encapsulated active substances which also contain (b) binders. Independent claims are also included for methods for the treatment of fibres and textiles by impregnation of the substrate with an aqueous preparation containing (a) and (b), or by forced application of such a preparation to the substrate.
