FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Tempering of hot-rolled reeled strips of low-carbon steel comprises strip rolled at relative reduction of 2-8% in rolls with controlled roll barrel roughness parameters. Note here that strips are squeezed at rolls with the following barrel roughness parameters: R=0.3-0.8 mcm, P=140-320 1/cm. Note here that said relative reduction is set for reeled hot-rolled strips at 400-620°C equal to 2-4%, while that for strips reeled at 620°C exceeds 4%.EFFECT: commercial hot-rolled etched sheet, billet for subsequent cold rolling.2 tbl, 2 ex |
